Who processes the data
The controller of personal data collected through torwio.pl is WEBKULIG, tax ID 7343613349. Data enquiries: [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you enter in the demo request form:
- Company tax ID — required; identifies the business and lets us check whether the demo has already been used.
- Phone number — required; used to contact you about the demo.
- Company name — optional, to make the conversation easier.
- Email address — optional; if you provide it, we send instance access there.
We do not collect behavioural data about your visit, we do not profile, and we pass nothing to data brokers or advertising networks.
Why
To contact you about the demo you requested, stand up a trial instance and — if you decide to work with us — prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the one-per-company demo (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
Request data is kept for 24 months from the last contact and then deleted. If a contract is signed, billing data is kept for the period required by tax law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are served from our own server rather than an external content delivery network — so browsing the site connects you to no third party.
The server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page address) for security and diagnostics. Logs are deleted after 30 days.
Tax ID lookup
After you enter a tax ID, the site may query the public VAT taxpayer register run by the Polish Ministry of Finance in order to suggest the company name. The query is made by your browser and the only data sent is the tax ID itself. You can ignore the suggestion and type the name yourself.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
Changes
If we change how we process data, we will update this document and change the effective date at the top of the page.
